Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent
• NMLS registration and regulatory knowledge may be required for U.S. roles
• Experience in financial services is an asset

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess needs and identify financial solutions
• Advise on everyday banking, retail investments, lending, and home financing
• Support customer transactions and keys to accurate data entry
• Grow BMO’s business by building relationships and scheduling appointments
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and lending policies
