Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a role focused on providing financial education for plan participants, emphasizing retirement planning and investment guidance. You will handle inbound calls, answer complex questions, and guide customers through suitable tools and services while adhering to plan rules.

The position requires FINRA Series 6 (and potential Series 63 within 6 months), US citizenship, and experience with defined contribution and mutual funds.

Qualifications

• Possess FINRA Series 6 License and ability to obtain FINRA Series 63 within 6 months.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Experience with Defined Contribution, Mutual Fund, and College Savings Plan.
• Customer service/financial services experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to ask probing questions, use data to persuade, and listen actively.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing financial education around multiple investment and financial vehicles that are available to plan participants, including offering guidance on appropriate tools and services. Guidance is primarily focused on qualified retirement plan administration.

• Providing information and guidance around the effects of plan distributions, loans, investment choices and other specific plan rules.
• Working independently to troubleshoot and research issues, and develop solutions.
• Processing transactional support to plan participants.
• Focusing guidance on qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits.

Requirements

• Possess FINRA Series 6 License. Ability to obtain the FINRA Series 63 License within 6 months of employment.
• Be a US Citizen (this role provides support to the federal government and/or federal government contractor).
• Demonstrate Defined Contribution, Mutual Fund, and College Savings Plan experience.
• Have experience in customer Service, and/or financial services.
• Be detail oriented and well-organized.
• Possess ability to ask relevant probing questions to better assess customer needs. Also, use data to persuade and influence customers to objectively guide them.
• Demonstrate active listening to customers to understand both articulated and unarticulated needs.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum : 50,000.00 USD

Maximum : 60,000.00 USD
