Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment meeting goals.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and centers.
• Provide coaching to referral partners on client needs and products.
