Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalents 63/65) licenses required.
• At least 1 year in investments and knowledge of investment products.
• 1+ year in financial services or a sales role with targets met.
• Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners by asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and manages risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies new clients through referrals or existing center clientele.
• Coaches referral partners based on client needs and product services.
