In this front-line role, you will educate customers on digital banking tools, work with a team to achieve branch targets, and handle inquiries with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community.
• Identify customer needs and provide trusted financial advice about Builtwell solutions.
• Execute outbound calls to acquire new customer relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools such as mobile and online banking.
• Own and resolve customer issues.
• Deliver Warm Transfer referrals to internal experts when goals are uncovered.
