Each day, we connect with 67 million clients through our growing specialist workforce and digital platform. We aim to provide care and guidance for our clients at critical moments—whether starting out, buying a home, building a family, or planning for retirement. We are seeking passionate individuals who want to develop a long-term career and improve clients’ financial lives as part of our next generation of Financial Advisors.

If you are dedicated to helping clients reach their financial goals, join Bank of America as an investment specialist in one of over 4,000 financial centers nationwide. From day one, you will receive comprehensive training through our award-winning Academy at Bank of America, including hands-on practice, personalized coaching, and ongoing support. The Academy offers a structured path to becoming an advisor via a multi-stage training program that equips you with the skills and experience needed for success.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After licensing, you will learn foundational skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, analyzing complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals, all while humanizing financial interactions. You will then work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.

Progressing to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, you will deepen relationships within a client portfolio and continue your professional development. Successful advancement opens opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by dedicated programs and resources throughout your career.

This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check and registration process. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

We’ll help you:

  • Build a successful career with world-class training and onboarding.
  • Receive personalized coaching from dedicated Academy managers.
  • Gain industry knowledge through a consultative approach to client needs.
  • Obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within specified timelines.
  • Leverage relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and client reviews confidently.
  • Collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet diverse financial needs.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you can look forward to:

  • Unlimited potential for financial growth.
  • A strong referral network across the business.
  • Managing a client portfolio with industry-leading products and services.
  • Robust marketing support.
  • Ongoing professional development.
  • Opportunities to connect with specialists like mortgage lenders and investment advisors.

  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to regulatory due diligence.

Desired skills:
