As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will start by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams, with dedicated training and support. You will learn to build and manage client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide tailored advice and solutions. Once licensed, you will work in a financial center, helping clients with banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of this stage often leads to advancement to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will deepen client relationships and expand your skills.
This position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
1st shift (United States), 40 hours per week.
