Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Advisor to deliver specialized banking guidance and solutions at the client level. You will work with clients to help them achieve financial goals through borrowing and deposit products, while balancing sales, risk, and relationship care.

The role is open for the market with onsite training at a financial center, followed by placement at a suitable location within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales or small business banking is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Outstanding customer service skills with end-to-end client experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client goals.
• Builds and deepens relationships with clients by leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client financial needs and recommends appropriate financial services.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities with follow-up.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with center leaders and managers to coach staff during meetings to deliver exceptional client experience.
