Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and develop foundational advisory skills. You will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions while building client relationships and providing end-to-end guidance.

Success at this level leads to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.

Job Description:

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain the Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams) and develop the foundational advising skills needed to build and manage client relationships. After licensing, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client‑care approach. Success at this level typically leads to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

Work Schedule

Monday‑through‑Friday, some Saturdays required. Example schedules include 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm.

• Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to the solutions Bank of America and Merrill provide.

Desired Qualifications
