As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you'll begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After licensing, you'll learn foundational skills such as building client relationships and guiding clients with advice and solutions. Once you reach key milestones, you'll work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America's banking and investment solutions.


Progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II involves managing a client portfolio and deepening relationships. The Academy supports your career growth with programs, tools, and resources.


This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

Pay Transparency: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, with benefits. Compensation includes a base salary; role is not incentive eligible.
