Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end financial guidance to an assigned group of clients
• Manage client issues and communicate resolutions
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal and regulatory policies and procedures
• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele
