Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) in Washington. You will begin by obtaining essential licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and then be trained to build and manage client relationships, offering solutions that align with their financial goals.

Initially working in an in-office environment, you will support a portfolio of clients, advance to higher roles such as FSA II, and participate in academy-driven programs, with a clear path across Bank of America and Merrill.

Qualifications

• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
• SIE within 30 days; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year of financial services or sales experience.
