Job summary

Bank of America in the United States is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I. The role focuses on obtaining SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses, then delivering banking and investment guidance to clients while building trusted relationships.

As you progress, you’ll join the Academy for ongoing training and placement in a financial center, with pathways to more advanced advisory roles and broader client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and complete exams within set timelines.
• Build and manage client relationships and advise on financial solutions.
• Deliver core banking and investment solutions to clients.
• Conduct client reviews and presentations, recommending strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill partners to meet financial needs.
• Progress through stages from FSA I to FSA II with academy support.
