Bank of America is seeking a client-focused financial professional to deliver tailored financial advice and planning. You will triage client leads, refer to business partners, and review goals with clients to build robust financial plans using brokerage products.

The role requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalents), strong relationship skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment with typical 40-hour weeks and some Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience building client financial plans and joint referrals with partners.
• Strong communication; ability to review clients' goals and risk tolerance.
• Familiarity with regulatory due diligence and licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plan short and long-term financial goals for clients with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners by asset levels.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals and centers of influence.
• Coach referral partners based on client needs and product services.
