Qualifications

• Required Series 7 & 66 licenses; or 63/65 with condition that missing series is passed within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in investments and financial services.
• Sales environment experience with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Must comply with SAFE Act registration and regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals and build plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals and existing clientele.
• Coach referral partners based on client needs and products.
