Job summary

Bank of America in Seattle seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin by obtaining SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses and to develop foundational client-advisory skills.

You will work first in a financial center, deliver core banking and investment solutions, manage a client portfolio, and advance to higher roles, with the Academy providing dedicated programs and structured training to support your career journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and assessing client needs.
• Ability to prioritize client interests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within required timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
