Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin the licensing journey (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learn to deliver comprehensive banking and investment solutions. You will start in a financial center, building client relationships and learning to guide clients through their financial picture with a human-centered approach.

You'll progress through stages to Stage II and beyond, supported by the Academy's training, structured study time, and access to a broad network

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66).
• Ability to manage time and capacity effectively.
• Experience building client relationships and identifying needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with peers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technology and applications.
