Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing paths for SIE, Series 7 and Series 66, with dedicated training to advise clients on banking and investment solutions. You will learn foundational skills for client relationships, advisory conversations, and solutions that fit clients’ financial lives.

You will progressively manage a portfolio of clients, collaborate with banking and Merrill partners, and grow through the Academy while meeting SAFE

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required industry licenses and pass SAFE Act background checks.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying client needs to recommend solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing client interests.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build peer relationships and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end client advisory services and present reviews to help clients reach financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
• Build and grow a portfolio of banking and investment clients through referrals and networking.
• Attend required license training and progress through a defined development academy.
