We are seeking passionate individuals for our Advisor Development Program to become investment specialists across over 4,000 financial center locations nationwide. From day one, you will receive training from our Academy at Bank of America, including hands-on practice, personalized coaching, and dedicated support throughout your onboarding. The Academy offers a structured path to becoming an advisor through a multi-stage training program, equipping you with the skills to succeed throughout your career.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After obtaining your licenses, you will learn foundational skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, considering complex financial scenarios, and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care. We will support you through each stage of development.

Progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II involves deepening client relationships within your portfolio. Successful advancement offers opportunities for growth within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including registration with the federal registry system and background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
