United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I in Vallejo, CA to begin licensing paths (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and develop client-advisor skills. You will learn to build relationships, deliver advisory solutions, and progress to Stage II with expanding responsibilities.

You'll join an in-office culture focused on collaboration and career development, with structured training, academy resources, and a clear path to expand your practice within Merrill's network.

Qualificações

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (preferred) or pursuing licenses.
• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired).

Responsabilidades

• As you progress, you will acquire, build and manage client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advisory, client reviews and presentations.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client financial needs.
• Learn and apply a consultative approach to identify client needs and suitable solutions.
• Progress through stages from FSA I to FSA II with Academy support.
