Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for an entry‑level Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to guide clients through a licensing pathway and build trusted relationships. You will begin in a financial centre, learn core banking and investment solutions, and advance to Stage II as milestones are met.

Training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching support growth within the academy. You will work in a role focused on client needs, advisory conversations, and collaboration with banking and Merrill teams to meet

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required FINRA licenses.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year in financial services or sales.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
• Provide end-to-end financial guidance and client reviews.
• Partner with banking and Merrill investment teams to deliver solutions.
• Progress to higher advisory roles after licensing milestones.
