This role involves providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include managing client leads, making referrals, reviewing financial and investment goals with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees must complete required licenses and trainings, including SAFE Act registration, and adhere to related regulations. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action or termination.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with clients to plan their financial goals using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  2. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
  3. Triaging client requests and referring to appropriate internal service providers.
  4. Mitigating and controlling risk in daily activities.
  5. Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  6. Providing coaching and feedback to referral partners.
Required Qualifications:
  • Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 with a plan to obtain 66 within 60 days).
  • At least one year experience in the investments industry.
  • Experience in financial services or sales environments with goal achievement.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Regulatory due diligence knowledge.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Three or more years in financial services or sales.
  • Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
  • Insurance licenses.
