• Has proven experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
• Proven sales track record and ability to manage end-to-end client experience.
• Experience with outbound phone sales and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance aligned with client goals.
• Builds and deepens relationships with clients using bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client needs to recommend suitable borrowing and banking services.
• Manages outreach, pipeline, and follow-up to meet client needs.
• Decides on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Collaborates with leaders to coach associates for exceptional client experience.
