Qualifications

• Experience with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Effective customer service skills managing end-to-end client experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record in related roles.
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
• Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend services aligning with client priorities.
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines.
• Makes decisions on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed.
• Partners with center leaders and managers to coach associates during meetings for exceptional client experience.
