Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor learner to obtain SIE within 30 days and licenses (Series 7/66, or 63/65 in lieu). You will build client relationships, assess financial needs, and recommend tailored investment and banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train at a financial center and may transition to a phone-based capacity before a permanent center is determined, progressing toward FSA Stage II after licensing success.

Qualifications

• Licensing: SIE within 30 days of hire
• Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63/65 acceptable in lieu of 66
• Must pass SAFE Act background check and good standing requirements
• Monday–Friday availability and some Saturdays
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ year financial services or sales experience desired
• Self-discipline in time management and capacity planning
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and assess needs
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Deliver banking, investment solutions, and client care in a financial center
• Grow and deepen relationships with banking customers and high-net-worth clients

• Obtain securities industry licenses through dedicated classes and personalized training
• Learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Work in a financial center to deliver banking, investment solutions, and client care
• Grow and deepen relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients
• Provide comprehensive advice and conduct client reviews and presentations
• Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners
• Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions
• Train at one financial center and potentially begin in a phone-based capacity until a permanent financial center is determined within reasonable commuting distance
• Progress toward Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed FSA I

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
• Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
• Ability to create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applicationsMust obtain SIE within 30 days of hire
