Job summary

Jobtailor in Englewood, NJ seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor to obtain licenses (SIE, Series 7/66) and build foundational advisory skills. You will develop and manage client relationships, assess complex financial needs, and provide end-to-end advisory solutions within Bank of America and Merrill partnerships.

The role progresses from Stage I to Stage II after demonstrating success, with on-site training at a financial center and potential early phone-based work based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired.
• Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days; Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66.
• SAFE Act registration, background check, and registration process required.
• Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
• Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
