Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an inbound contact center agent to support advisors and investors on a range of topics, from balance inquiries to complex financial transactions.

The role emphasizes courteous, timely, and accurate solutions aligned with our mission to take care of advisors so they can take care of their clients. Training starts onsite, with a structured onboarding and up to 20 weeks of training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Possess the SIE certification or obtain by deadline.

Responsibilities

• Navigate onboarding with instructor-led training and on-the-job training.
• Focus on continuous training during first 18 months to expand support.
• Collaborate with internal service partners to resolve caller issues.
• Handle 25-30 calls per day on average.
• Work in a team with similar skills and support.
• Participate in regular manager touchpoints for success.
• Career development opportunities to obtain financial industry licensing.
