What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of financial products
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment and account access
- Process new account applications and transaction requests from multiple channels
- Review and manage credit line increase requests and payments
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Proficiency in computer usage, technical troubleshooting, and navigating multiple systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
