In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through coverage options that provide long‑term financial security and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on life and health insurance products, including term life, whole life, and supplemental health coverage
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow‑up
• Support customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceCollaborate with the team to identify cross‑sell opportunities within the existing book of business
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulations
