This is a fully licensed position (Life & Health required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred).
As a Financial Services Representative, you will combine financial expertise with strong sales execution to educate clients, uncover needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your consultative approach—paired with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset—will directly contribute to agency growth while helping clients make confident financial decisions.
Provide comprehensive financial guidance, including life insurance, retirement strategies, and investment solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Actively prospect, market, and sell financial products, identify new opportunities, and consistently close business to meet or exceed production goals.
Support clients with asset allocation strategies, long-term planning, and ongoing financial reviews to ensure alignment with their objectives.
Maintain adherence to all financial services regulations, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.
