Financial Services Representative

Are you passionate about helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll have dedicated time for growth and career development. Support our customers by handling inbound calls, while preparing for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and recognition of your achievements. During onboarding, you'll assist Fidelity’s customers over the phone with account inquiries, withdrawals, fund transfers, resource identification, and trade placements, working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you will work daily in the Investor Center.

What to Expect

In your first year, your onboarding leader will support you through our industry-leading training program, with a mix of remote work and in-center support.

  • Obtain Licenses: Study for and earn your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes four days per week of paid study time, coaching, study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
  • Build Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity. You will have dedicated time weekly for skill development and networking. Upon completing training, you’ll transition to working fully on-site, with flexibility to support remote work before that transition.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, joining the wealth management development track to build advanced skills for your career in planning.
