Financial Services Representative
Are you passionate about helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll have dedicated time for growth and career development. Support our customers by handling inbound calls while preparing for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and recognition of your achievements. Build skills and experience while working from home and spending one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you'll work in the Investor Center daily.
In your first year, your onboarding leader will support you through our industry-leading training program, working remotely and in an Investor Center.
Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes four days of paid, on-the-job study weekly, support from licensing coaches, study plans, and review classes. Successful exam completion is required.
Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week supporting customers remotely and one day in an Investor Center, handling increasingly complex customer needs. Dedicate time weekly for skill development, networking, online classes, and more. Post-training, transition to working fully onsite. Depending on business needs, you may spend more time remotely before fully transitioning.

Customer Service
Fidelity’s hybrid working model combines onsite and remote work. Most roles require onsite presence every other week, Monday through Friday, in a Fidelity office.
