Overview

We are looking for an individual to join our team in Wilmington, NC who can offer outstanding service to our membership. Scheduling availability is required during all operating hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by assisting members with their financial needs and inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to credit union rules and regulations.
• Process debits and credits efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Promote financial products and services, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance member relationships.
