Join Our Team as a Financial Services Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Financial Services Representative to become a key member of our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping families secure their financial future and achieve their goals. You must be willing to obtain your life insurance producer license and be dedicated to both personal and professional growth. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with selecting the right financial and insurance solutions that best fit their needs.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home, where you will reach out to warm leads, schedule appointments, and conduct virtual meetings with clients (about 30-45 minutes each). During these meetings, you will guide clients through choosing the best financial plans that align with their goals and budgets. We provide a proven system and ongoing weekly training to help you continuously improve and grow your business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Conduct proactive sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Use telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and promote financial and insurance products.
  • Assess client needs and recommend customized financial solutions, including insurance policies that align with their requirements.
  • Educate clients on benefits administration, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and HIPAA compliance updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Receive comprehensive training to equip you for success.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain information to clients.
  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, including insurance products.

  • Must either possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one, as required by state regulations.
