Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and build a profession in financial services
• Desire to obtain FINRA licenses and grow in wealth management

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about accounts, balances, withdrawals, and transfers over the phone or remotely
• Assist customers with trades and inquiries as part of onboarding and ongoing service
• Support licensing readiness and licensing exams (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) with paid time and coaching
• Prepare for transition to fully onsite Investor Center and potential remote support as needed
