Charles Schwab is hosting a Virtual Hiring Event for a Financial Services Representative role, with sessions for New Grads and Career Changers. Applicants will be invited to an information session via WebEx and then to a virtual interview with our Talent Advisors.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any day/time to support 24/7 contact center needs.
• Experience in customer service and building client relationships preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university required.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Answer inbound calls, engage with clients, and take ownership to resolve complex issues to provide the best solution.
• Attend Schwab Service Academy for paid training and license prep (SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 63).
