We are seeking member-driven, detail-oriented candidates, with cash handling and lending experience for the position of Financial Services Representative in our Los Angeles, CA branch. This onsite role is responsible for providing professional, courteous, accurate and efficient service to all Members through all communication channels of the credit union.

Key Job Functions

• Fulfills the financial needs of Members through education and by cross-selling appropriate products and services.
• Performs duties of teller and provides back-up support to the Lending Department in processing loan applications.
• The ability to think analytically, act in the best interests of the Member.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the credit union.

Required Skills and Experience
