Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Financial Services Officer for a high-performing branch environment in San Diego. You will serve as a key member of the branch leadership team, acting as Assistant Branch Manager and coaching a team of five employees.

This role offers growth into a Branch Manager position and other leadership opportunities, with a direct hire path and a competitive hourly compensation plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience, with a strong emphasis on lending.
• Credit Union experience highly preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using Symitar and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) certification if not currently licensed.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

Salary

Salary: $25.10-$37.65/hr (sales incentive plan) $100-$300 per month

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45-5:15pm Saturday (every other Saturday) 8:30am-2:30pm
