Responsibilities

• Defend financial institutions in state and federal court matters, including single-plaintiff litigation and appeals.
• Handle depositions, mediation, and attend hearings.
• Develop and contribute to case strategy alongside senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Florida bar, in good standing
• Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
