Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions represents a client AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Financial Services Litigation Associate in Miami. The role requires at least two years of commercial or financial services litigation experience and offers a collaborative, supportive team and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include handling a mix of financial services and commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting research, managing deadlines, and coordinating with the national practice

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with financial services focus.
• Experience in financial services, commercial real estate, loan enforcement or related areas.
• Experience with depositions and courtroom proceedings is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex legal issues.
• Motivated self-starter with strong teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of financial services and commercial litigation, including CRE and loan enforcement matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal and factual issues.
• Manage discovery, document production, and case deadlines.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Analyze loan documents and related materials in financial disputes.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national Financial Services Group.
