Ode with Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager focused on Financial Services. You will own client engagements end-to-end, acting as product manager, engagement lead, and delivery owner to bring AI-powered FS solutions into production.

You will build repeatable FS playbooks, guide engineers and regulators through model risk, and scale the FS vertical by hiring FDPMs and shaping the product team.

Qualifications

• Deep financial services experience across banks, asset managers or CFO orgs.
• Proven product and delivery track record with engineers and designers.
• Experience leading high-stakes client engagements under pressure.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments (model risk, security, procurement).
• Strong ability to define specs and acceptance criteria for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FS engagements end to end, owning relationships and success metrics.
• Shape product requirements, write specs and evaluate AI workflows.
• Build repeatable FS patterns, playbooks and reference architectures.
• Drive adoption, training, and measuring impact for clients.
• Help grow the FS product vertical and hire FDPMs in the future.
