The candidate will counsel all divisions, handle agreements, respond to inquiries, conduct research, manage regulatory filings, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and in good standing in Missouri.
• Minimum 3 years of attorney experience.
• Strong research and analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on complex assignments.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to all divisions of the firm.
• Respond to internal and field inquiries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and firm documents.
• Analyze and manage legal matters involving clients, regulators, and third parties.
• Advise on third-party legal actions, subpoenas, and court orders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare filings and support internal investigations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on various matters.
