Morgan Lewis is seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate with excellent academic credentials to join our litigation practice group in our Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office.

The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be a member of the California bar. Ideal candidates would have 5 or more years handling high volume litigation, be familiar with both state and federal court procedures, and be well versed in consumer protection laws including the TCPA, EFTA, and FCRA. Experience representing financial services institutions is preferred. This position has a billable hour requirement of 1,750.

For positions in California, the salary wage range for this position is $250,000 base.

The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
