Responsibilities

• Learn about our members, hear them, and understand their situations.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments professionally.
• Perform advanced frontline transactions like IRAs, CDs, wire transfers, and handle disputes.
• Grow with us by staying current on financial industry trends, products, and services.
• Share knowledge on effective practices and business opportunities.
• Stand with our members and Canvas teammates through peaks and valleys.
• Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions daily.
