About the Opportunity:

We are posting this role on behalf of a respected confidential client, a national financial agency seeking a motivated, executive-minded individual to join their team and grow within the financial services industry.

This client provides personal finance, investment guidance, and protection planning to a wide range of individuals and families. Backed by top-tier institutional partnerships, their mission is to close the education gap in personal finance and empower clients through comprehensive planning and wealth-building strategies.

As the U.S. undergoes the largest generational wealth transfer in history, the firm is expanding and actively seeking professionals who want to pivot into the financial sector and grow into a leadership role over time.

Position Overview:

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a professional or leader from outside the industry to enter financial services with full licensing support, training, and long-term growth potential.

You will work directly with clients using a proven system to assess financial health, provide investment and insurance solutions, and help families build financial independence.

Over time, this opportunity may provide growth into a management or executive leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete licensing and onboarding program
  • Conduct client financial needs assessments using a digital platform
  • Educate clients on insurance, retirement planning, debt strategy, and estate preparation
  • Implement customized financial strategies with guidance from senior advisors
  • Maintain communication and compliance through CRM and virtual tools
  • Build and manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism
  • Optional path to mentor and develop other advisors over time

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Series 6, 63, & 65 or Series 7 & 66 required or willing to pursue upon hire.

Mortgage or Life licensed a bonus

  • Experience with CRMs, Automation, Consulting and management tools.
  • A proven record of achieving new business is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Series 6, 63, & 65 or 66 licenses

Mortgage or Life licensed a bonus

  • 5+ years of professional experience in leadership, client services, financial operations, or banking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a long-term vision for career independence
  • No prior financial services experience required, full training provided
  • Able to pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
  • Compensation will be discussed based on candidate experience and background.
