Advisors Excel is seeking an Advisor Service Associate to manage new account applications and service documents while delivering world-class customer service on incoming calls. The role supports producers daily, handling inquiries about pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions.

Applicants should excel at organization, communicate effectively over the phone, and work both independently and with a team. A fast-paced, on-site environment with growth opportunities is described.

Responsabilités

• Input, review, and submit new account applications and service documents.
• Provide outstanding customer service on calls regarding pending applications, compensation, and financial transactions with advisors and staff.
• Follow up on pending applications via calls or emails to ensure timely processing.
