Training starts immediately with extensive coaching; after graduation you join a hybrid team with in-office and remote work, following varied schedules to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• SIE is a plus.
• 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard as the first point of contact for Advisors and Investors.
• Handle 25–30 inbound contacts daily.
• Support simple inquiries and complex financial transactions.
• Deliver world-class service and collaborate across teams.
