Davenport & Company LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate (Unregistered) in Norfolk, VA. This full-time, non-exempt role provides support to a Financial Advisor and back-up coverage for other CSAs while delivering excellent client service.

Ideal candidates have banking or financial services experience, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, filing, and preparing correspondence.

• Assist with account paperwork and record keeping.
• Coordinate with internal departments and support Financial Advisors.
