Job summary

Retirement Income Source SFG is seeking a Client Service Advisor in Longmeadow/Springfield, MA to grow relationships and contribute to revenue. The role blends financial consulting with proactive business development, nurturing existing client relationships and onboarding new clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in financial services, client relationships, or advisory roles.
Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, or revenue-generation positions.

Responsibilities

Analyze client portfolios to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to deepen relationships and drive retention.
Engage in marketing and outreach to attract new clients via referrals and campaigns.
Conduct consultative meetings to assess goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Guide new clients through onboarding with a seamless experience.
Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets through new business development.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress toward goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
