Job summary

Allworth Financial seeks a Service Associate – Client Support to provide essential administrative support to the financial advisory team and ensure a seamless client experience. This full-time role handles day-to-day client service requests, processes transactions, manages account documentation, and coordinates with senior staff to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced office.

Based out of our BlueAsh/Cincinnati office, this in-office position requires five days on site, offers a salary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role in financial services or related industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic financial software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling client appointments and logistics.
• Process client requests and paperwork in line with firm policies.
• Assist in onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve account issues and transfers.
• Support advisors with client documentation and forms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Provide notary services for client transactions as required.
• Maintain up-to-date client records across internal systems.
